Craig Pagenkopf, Principal
Craig Pagenkopf established the office furniture division of PSA in 1982, and brings over 40 years of industry experience to PSA. Craig was literally raised in the business: he worked at his father’s commercial stationery business in the Chicago area for many years. In 1976, Craig moved to St. Louis where he worked for S.G. Adams Company for a year in one of their ten retail office supply stores. In 1977, he moved to Clark Peeper Company’s furniture division in St. Louis as an installer and service representative. He was promoted after two years to manage installation and warehousing, and finally joined their outside sales staff in 1980. At that time, Clark Peeper’s main lines were Kimball and Haworth. In 1982, Craig was approached by his father who had a successful office supply rep organization and was asked to develop a furniture division for the existing rep group, concentrating solely on furniture. Craig’s father retired in 1990 and the office supply division was closed.

Tim Purdum, Sales
Tim Purdum has been with PSA since 2012. He began his furniture career as an independent rep in 1997 and brings 22 years of experience to PSA. Tim worked for the Small Business Administration as a Business Strategy Consultant from 1993 to 1994. Tim joined Eck Adams / Vogel Peterson as a Product Manager for Ergonomic Seating from 1994 to 1996. He became their Western Regional Sales Manager from 1996 to 1997 under the new company known as Integrated Furniture Solutions.
Tim moved to California to work for Westside Sales Associates as a manufacturer rep in the San Francisco Bay area from 1997 to 2000. Tim established his own manufacturer rep group in the Bay area, Concentric Growth Solutions, from 2002 to 2012. He moved back to St. Louis to raise his family, and re-established Concentric Growth Solutions in St. Louis from 2002 to 2012.

Sarah House, Sales
Sarah has been with PSA since 2019. Sarah brings 22 years of industry experience to PSA. She graduated with a BA in History from Loras College in 1992 and a BFA in Interior Design from Iowa State University in 1996. In 1995 Sarah was recruited as an intern at Saxton Inc., a commercial interior design firm and Knoll dealer with locations in Des Moines and Cedar rapids Iowa. She was then hired as a Senior Interior Designer, specializing in Healthcare and Senior Living. Sarah became NCIDQ Certified in 2002 and joined PSA in 2019.

Christina Benson, Project Management
Christina came to PSA in 1999. She started her professional career in 1997 in the real estate business and brings 19 years of customer service experience to PSA. In May of 1998 Christina joined Aaron Rents and Sells Office Furniture in St. Louis. At Aaron Rents Christina was responsible for customer service and assisting walk-in customers on the showroom floor. In April of 1999 Christina joined PSA. Christina is responsible for customer service for all dealers in all territories. Dealers from all points of our territory go out of their way to compliment Christina on her positive upbeat attitude and willingness to help resolve issues. Christina handles space planning, product specifications, quotations, pricing assistance, order tracking and project management.

Molly Pagenkopf, Finance and Administration
Molly has been with PSA since 1997. She graduated from the University of Missouri with a BS in Accounting. Molly worked for KPMG as an auditor and CPA from 1983 to 1986. She joined BJC Health Systems at Washington University from 1986 to 1997 as a finance manager, responsible for management of over 100 people in the finance department. From 1997 to the present, Molly handles all of the accounting and administrative functions for PSA including payroll, commission calculations, insurance and accounts payable.
